Shipments:
Items ordered are generally shipped within 3-5 business days.
To ensure you receive important email communications from Living Water Home Spa Shop, please be sure to add livingwaterhomespashop@gmail.com to your email address book.We are not responsible for communications that are placed in SPAM folders by email programs. Since we need an email verification of your order and delivery should there be an issue with the PayPal purchase, we may not call you concerning your order till we receive your email verification. Again, this process is followed to ensure fraudulent PayPal purchases are not charged to our customers' accounts and is NOT intended to be burdensome to you, our treasured customer.
Cancellation of Order(s):
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once that have been placed. We appreciate your understanding concerning this policy, as it is our suppliers' requirement as well, and we cannot make an exception that they will not honor as well.
Restocking Fees:
A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for authorized returned products that are not damaged or defective..
Return Authorization(s)
DO NOT return any item without first completing a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) form AND obtaining the RGA number from Living Water Home Spa Shop. Items that are to be returned are not sent to Living Water Home Spa Shop, but are sent directly back to the manufacturer. The address to return ship an item will be provided on the RGA form with the RGA number. Include the completed RGA form in the package with the returned item and follow the instructions for marking the package listed on the RGA form. Living Water Home Spa Shop is not responsible for shipping charges for returned items. Bathrobe and bath wraps items that have lint, that are damaged, soiled, or laundered can not be returned. We also cannot accept used or laundered products in consideration of health, safety and sanitary regulations.
Damaged/Lost Items:
If an item is received at the shipping address damaged or defective, we will replace the item at no charge to you as long as the damage is reported to Living Water Home Spa Shop within five (5) days of scheduled arrival date at the shipping address. Please carefully inspect products upon receipt and report damage and defects immediately. If approved for return, you will be required to: return the damaged/defective item, to complete a claim form and/or to provide pictures of the damaged item before the replacement is shipped to you. We appreciate your understanding concerning this policy, as it is our suppliers' requirement as well, and we cannot make an exception that they will not honor as well. We will do our best to promptly process your replacement product order.
Items shipped from Living Water Home Spa Shop are shipped so they can be tracked, when possible. In the event your order is lost, and the tracking information does not show the item was delivered to you, Living Water Home Spa Shop will replace the item. If the lost item is delivered at some point in the future and a replacement item has already been sent to you, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment of the replacement item or for payment in full of the replacement item to Living Water Home Spa Shop within five (5) business days if you choose to keep the original and replacement orders.
Warranty
Lifetime" or "Extended" warranties are issued by and honored by the manufacturer(s), not Living Water Home Spa Shop. If you need assistance with this type of warranty return (after your initial purchase from Living Water Home Spa Shop), please contact the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer's contact information will be listed on the warranty information supplied with the products when you receive them. There are no other express warranties or conditions respective to the items purchased. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
Neither Living Water eCommerce Channels, LLC dba Living Water Home Spa Shop nor affiliates are liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to personal injury, loss of property, loss of use, loss of data, loss of business, profits or other loss or damages. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
